1. Simple and fast two-step enzymatic reaction and one step purification, no sorting steps, can complete the construction of a single sample library within 1 hour.
2. Perfect compatibility. Different from competing reagents, it can be compatible with 1-50ng DNA in the same system, without separate management and specification operation.
3. Excellent sequencing data, Q30 up to 90%.
4. Very low preference.
Note: Under the PE150 sequencing strategy, the QKGEN® Transposase rapid DNA library construction kit (top) showed a downward trend of AT base and an upward trend of GC base at and after the 80th base position, but the trend was not obvious, and the distribution of the four bases remained stable. AT and after the 50th base position, the AT base has a significant downward trend, the c base rises first and then falls, and the G base rises very significantly. The larger the number of sequencing cycles, the more uneven the distribution of the four bases, and the more obvious the GC preference.
