2. The quality of the library is better than that of similar products. Library construction of 1µg, 100ng, and 10ng fragment templates was performed using QKGEN® DNA library construction kit. Library conversion efficiency * for each type of library was obtained by homogenization with KAPA library quantitative kit after purification of the link product/before library amplification. Compatible with a variety of sample types, wide range of applications. gDNA (50ng), FFPE (100ng) and amplicon (10ng) libraries were constructed using QKGEN® DNA library construction kit, and the resulting libraries were homogenized using KAPA library quantitative kit. The QKGEN® DNA Library Construction Kit showed the highest library yields across all types of templates.
4. Ensure high-quality sequencing data. The 100ng fragment template was constructed using the QKGEN® DNA library construction kit and simultaneously tested using the same kits from Company Y and Company K. The obtained library is carried out multiple pooling, and full exon panel is used for high-throughput sequencing of PE150 strategy after targeted capture. The QKGEN® DNA Library building Kit outperformed other companies in clean_rate, 10X depth coverage, 20X depth coverage, uniformity, and capture efficiency.
