This Panel uses the Qikai gene autonomous probe design platform to cover the full length of the genome of the target virus according to the whole genome sequence characteristics of the target virus, and combines with high-throughput sequencing to facilitate the rapid identification detection and evolutionary analysis of respiratory viruses. The high-throughput sequencing of the whole genome of the virus can obtain all the genetic information of the virus in the first time, explain the scientific issues such as the source, transmission, mutation and evolution of the virus, point out the direction for subsequent epidemiological investigation, and provide an important basis for the tracing and timely prevention and control of related cases.
