Product Introduction

Compared with the traditional two-step method of library construction, this kit uses high-quality fragment enzyme, without complicated ultrasonic interruption process, and combines the end repair and the "A" tail addition module into one, so that the fragment/end repair/addition of "A" can be carried out in the same system. The optimized system makes the reaction products do not need to be purified by magnetic beads, and can be directly connected. It greatly shortens the time of building the DNA library, simplifies the process of building the DNA library, and makes the DNA library construction more efficient and simple. The fragment enzyme used in this kit can randomly cut double-stranded DNA, and the bias of the fragment cut by the enzyme is very low, which is comparable to the fragment interrupted by ultrasound.

1. 1ng to 1µg double-stranded DNA, FFPE >50ng, amplicon >10ng.
