Product Introduction

QKGEN® EXome Panel V1.0 is a new all-exon capture probe set. This product is based on the coding sequence (CDS) of the human coding gene in the RefSeq 109 database (reference genome is GRCh38), spanning about 34.2Mb of the whole exon target region of the human genome, with a total of more than 19,000 genes.
QKGEN® EXome Panel V1.0 uses a special computational approach to probe design that greatly improves target hit rate and coverage performance. This product contains a total of more than 400,000 probes, the probe synthesis adopts a strict quality system, so that each probe is put together after strict quality control, to ensure the stability between batches.
