The QKGEN® DNA rapid hybridization capture kit and the T Company customer panel with the size of 2Mb were used for 500ng/ library input 1-plex hybridization and 250ng/ library input 8plex and 16-plex multiple hybridization capture with the hybridization time of 2 hours. Finally, Illumina NoveSeqTM PE150 was used for sequencing.
3. High uniformity of coverage

The results showed that there was no significant difference in coverage uniformity between QKGEN® DNA rapid hybridization capture kit and T's rapid hybridization and elution kit.
4. Excellent capture efficiency

5. There was no difference in performance among different sequencing platforms

Finally, Illumina NoveSeqTM PE150 and DNBSEQ-T7, PE150 were sequenced, respectively. The results showed that when QKGEN® DNA rapid hybridization capture kit was used for hybridization capture of different sequencing platforms, there was no significant difference in the capture data comparison rate and capture efficiency.
