The hot start high fidelity DNA polymerase contained in this product is a novel bioprocessed B DNA polymerase with higher affinity for DNA, and its inherent high elongation ability can significantly improve yield, catalytic speed and sensitivity compared to wild-type B DNA polymerase. In addition, it significantly improves the ability to expand growth segment targets, as well as the ability to amplify high GC and high AT targets. This enzyme, in combination with specialized antibodies, inhibits the enzyme until the first denaturation step, thereby preventing non-specific amplification during the preparation of the reaction system, increasing sensitivity, and improving reaction efficiency. This product is available in a convenient 2 x premix solution that contains all reaction components except the primer and template. Each 1x concentration of ReadyMix reaction system contains 0.3 mM dNTPs, 2.5mM MgCL2, 0.5U HiFi hot start high fidelity DNA polymerase (0.5U per 25µL reaction) and stabilizer.
