QKGEN® Probe Design Platform is a probe design solution based on multi-factor algorithms and "perceptual algorithm" that designs probes for target regions in multiple layers. Probes are synthesized using biotin-labeled NTP and nucleic acid analogs as raw materials, and the specific probes can be rapidly hybridized with the target genomic library by liquid phase. After hybridization, streptavidin magnetic beads are used to bind the probe and the hybridization product of the target region library, and the target region library is enriched by sequencing after the captured probe is obtained.
